1 October 2018 NZX ANNOUNCEMENT TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) CHANGE OF SENIOR MANAGER Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), thl advises that Mark Davis has resigned from his role as thl's Chief Financial Officer effective 15th October. Mark has recently taken a period of medical leave and for personal reasons has decided to pursue new opportunities elsewhere. The CEO and Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the business and wish him all the best for his future endeavours. A search will commence immediately for a new CFO. Until a new appointment to the role is made, the duties of Chief Financial Officer will be undertaken by the CEO (Grant Webster) and Group Financial Controller (Steven Hall), with assistance, as required, from internal and external resources.
