The Warehouse Group announces new Director appointment

Wednesday, 3 October 2018 The Warehouse Group announces new Director appointment The Warehouse Group Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Easton as a Non-Executive Director to The Warehouse Group Board. Mr Easton has an extensive track record of driving growth across emerging markets and technologies. He is currently Managing Director of Facebook for Australia and New Zealand and was previously Vice President at Facebook for Asia Pacific Emerging Markets. Other roles in his portfolio include Regional Director at Google for Mobile and Social in the Asia Pacific region and Director of Sales at Microsoft in the Consumer Products Division. Mr Easton has a passion for the retail industry and has worked closely with retailers throughout his career. He started his career with Coca Cola as a Retail Sales Manager and believes that "there are more opportunities than risks in retail, provided retailers focus on improving organisational designs." Mr Easton holds a Bachelor of Financial Services from the University of the West of England. The Warehouse Group Chair Joan Withers said she is delighted Will is joining The Warehouse Group Board. "Will is a dynamic leader with a strong track record of driving transformational change across a range of emerging markets and technologies and we are very pleased he is able to support us at what is an important time of transformation at The Warehouse Group."
