The trading halt was placed at pre-market open Monday, 8 October 2018. TLL has requested the trading halt to facilitate a bookbuild for the sale of a major stake in TLL by two existing substantial security holders. The halt will remain in place until the earlier of: (a) the release of an announcement regarding completion of the bookbuild; or (b) the commencement of trading on Wednesday 10 October.
