Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) advises shareholders that following the announcement this morning that Milford Asset Management has sold their shareholding in Steel & Tube, that resolution 4 on the Notice of Meeting sent to Shareholders, to appoint John Johnston as a non-independent Director, will not be put to the Annual Shareholder Meeting next week.
