Annual Meeting 2018 – Results

The annual meeting of Solution Dynamics Limited was held in Auckland today. The outcome of the voting on the two resolutions is as follows: RESOLUTION 1. That the board be authorised to fix the remuneration of Grant Thornton as the Company's auditors. RESULT: Passed. 2. That Mr Julian Beavis who is retiring by rotation as required by clause 17 of the Company's constitution, and being eligible, is standing for re-election. RESULT: Passed.
