Extension of condition date in Mojo acquisition

NZAX ANNOUNCEMENT 24 October 2018 Extension of condition date in Mojo acquisition As previously advised to the market Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZAX: CGF) entered a conditional sale and purchase agreement with the shareholders of Mojo Coffee Cartel Limited with a view to acquiring all of the shares in Mojo. The acquisition remains conditional on, amongst other things, Cooks arranging finance. The conditions were due for satisfaction today however CGF's discussions with financiers are still continuing. To allow these discussions to conclude Mojo shareholders have agreed with CGF to extend the date for satisfaction of the conditions to 31 October 2018.
