Spark Finance establishes new bank facility

MARKET RELEASE 31 October 2018 Spark Finance establishes new committed revolving bank facility Spark Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spark New Zealand Limited that carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark New Zealand group, announced today that effective 31 October 2018 it has established a new NZ$100 million committed revolving facility with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, to mature on 30 November 2021 ("the Facility").
