Transaction Update

NZAX ANNOUNCEMENT 31 October 2018 Transaction Update As previously advised to the market Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZAX: CGF) entered a conditional sale and purchase agreement with the shareholders of Mojo Coffee Cartel Limited (Mojo) with a view to acquiring all of the shares in Mojo. Mojo shareholders agreed with CGF to extend the date for satisfaction of the conditions to Wednesday, 31 October 2018. The conditions have not been satisfied and the agreement to acquire Mojo is terminated. CGF is continuing discussions with Mojo shareholders and its own potential financiers with a continuing view to taking an equity stake in Mojo. CGF will provide shareholders with an update as those discussions progress.
