Comvita determines Independent Directors

In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Board of Comvita (NZX: CVT) has determined that six out of seven directors are independent as defined in the NZX Listing Rules. Independent Directors: o Neil Craig o Luke Bunt o Sarah Kennedy o Murray Denyer o Brett Hewlett o Paul Reid Non-independent Director because of disqualifying relationships: o Xin Wang - General Manager of the Corporate Strategy and Development Department at China Resources Enterprise Limited, part of the China Resources Group which includes China Resources NG Fung Limited, who has a 10.05% shareholding in Comvita Limited.
