Enprise Group increases iSell holding AUCKLAND, 7 November 2018 - Enprise Group (NZAX: ENS) has paid AUD $216,814 to increase its holding in iSell to 18.4%. Enprise Group participated in a rights issue for iSell for AUD $216,814 that has increased its holding to 18.4%. iSell is a quoting system used by the information technology reseller market in Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. The investment is to accelerate the on boarding of customers to iSell's new cloud-based quoting platform, says Enprise Group CEO, Elliot Cooper. "Enprise Group made its initial investment in iSell on 19 December 2017, when we paid AUD $673,420 for a 14.6% holding. Since then iSell has completed development of its new cloud platform and now has 19 live customers," he says. "The cloud quoting platform is attracting new users as well as migration of existing customers. Our further investment is to accelerate the on-boarding process. Enprise Group has paid the same price per share as its original investment, which we consider represents excellent value given the successful development of the new cloud platform and the increased growth opportunities the cloud business model brings," Elliot Cooper says.
