Salt Funds Registers PDS for Carbon Fund

Salt Investment Funds Management Limited ('SIFL') has registered a Product Disclosure Statement ('PDS') for offer of units in the Carbon Fund ('Fund'). The Fund aims to provide investors with a total return exposure to movements in the price of carbon credits. The Fund can buy carbon credits in emissions trading schemes in New Zealand and offshore. The Initial Public Offering opened on 23 October 2018 and closed on 5 November 2018. The Fund is expected to be quoted on the NZX Main Board on 8 November 2018. Units in the Fund can be bought and sold via share brokers from this date. The Fund is offered by SIFL, a 100% owned subsidiary of Salt Funds Management Limited.
