RESULTS OF SHAREHOLDER VOTING AT FONTERRA ANNUAL MEETING Fonterra shareholders have voted to pass six of the seven resolutions at this year's Annual Meeting. Resolution seven, an ordinary resolution put forward by a Fonterra shareholder was not passed. The Board and Shareholders' Council had earlier recommended that shareholders vote against this resolution.
