Retirement of Director

8 November 2018 Sanford Limited - Continuous Disclosure Bruce Goodfellow has advised the Board of Sanford Ltd that, regretfully, he has decided to retire as a Director of the company effective from the conclusion of the company's annual meeting on December 14, 2018. On behalf of the Company and his Board colleagues, Paul Norling, Chairman of Sanford, acknowledged and thanked Bruce for his considerable contribution to the company during his twelve and a half years as a Director and wished him well for his retirement.
