General Capital Limited announces Share Purchase Plan Detai

General Capital Limited ("General Capital") today announced that it has finalised the details of its share purchase plan. Up to $15,000 of new General Capital shares being offered to those shareholders with a registered address in New Zealand at 5.00pm on 8 November 2018. The Schedule closing time is 5.00pm on 3 December 2018, with new shares scheduled to be issued on 6 December 2018. The issue price of the new shares will be 6.75 cents per share (the same price as a placement of up to $1.75 million currently being made). The share purchase plan is limited to the issue of a total of 37,182,084 shares totalling $2,509,787. If applications are received above this total all applications will be scaled on a pro rata basis. Further details will be set out in the share purchase plan offer document dated 9 November 2018.
