Guy is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia) and graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and has extensive professional accountancy and commercial experience. Guy has previously held leadership roles as CFO, Company Secretary and Director for companies in Australia and Hong Kong including having managed large teams at Franklins (supermarkets), Colliers International (property services) and Jardine Lloyd Thompson (insurance). Guy is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed Hastings Technology Metals Limited and Metal Bank Limited.
