2018 Annual Shareholders' Meeting Voting Results Auckland, 20 November 2018: Fletcher Building Limited is pleased to advise that all seven resolutions were passed at its Annual Shareholders' Meeting (ASM) held today in Auckland. All resolutions were decided by poll.
