CIHL holds the beneficial interest in 2,193,548 ordinary shares in CGF (Shares) on bare trust for Shuxin (Ellen) Zhang in accordance with a Regulation Agreement dated 20 January 2017. 3. The bare trust arrangement has been terminated and CIHL has transferred the legal and beneficial interest in the Shares to Shuxin (Ellen) Zhang for nil consideration. 4.
