New director

The Directors of The Colonial Motor Company Limited advise that they have appointed John Journee as a Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2018. John will stand for election by the shareholders of the Company at the next AGM of the Company. The Board has determined that John is an independent director of the Company. He fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Falcon Clouston. John has had an executive career in retailing, including senior roles at The Warehouse, a period of self-employment, CEO of Noel Leeming and Managing Director of Southern Hospitality Limited.
