4 December 2018 Result of Special Meeting of Shareholders The directors of Promisia Integrative Limited (NZX:PIL) are pleased to advise the result of the two resolutions considered at a Special Meeting of Shareholders in Wellington held at 10 am, Tuesday, 4 December 2018. The details of the resolutions and explanatory notes are set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 16 November 2018. Resolution 1 Potential Share Issues and Share Acquisitions by Brankin Trust Proxies were received for 126,433,839 shares or 22.71% of the issued capital. The Chairman held 85,655,485 votes in favour and 13,196,812 open which were cast in favour of the resolution. The resolution was passed. Resolution 2 Related Party Transaction - Brankin Trust Proxies were received for 134,728,907 shares or 24.2% of the issued capital The Chairman held 94,411,055 votes in favour and 12,986,310 open which were cast in favour of the resolution.
