5 December 2018 NZX Market Announcement Release of Offer Document and Updated Issue Timetable Following the passing of shareholder resolutions at the Special Meeting of Shareholders on 4 December 2018, Promisia Integrative Limited (NZX:PIL) advises that the attached Offer document containing details of a renounceable rights issue will be sent to eligible shareholders today. Eligible shareholders with a registered address in New Zealand as at the record date of 4 December 2018 will receive renounceable rights to three new shares in the Company for every one existing share held in the Company. The Offer price will be $0.001 per share to raise up to approximately $1.6 million. The rights issue timetable was released on 26 November 2018 and has been updated by extending the allotment date from 28 December 2018 to 31 December 2018.
