RESULTS OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING Delegat Group Limited announces the results of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual Meeting, held on the 4th of December 2018 in Auckland. The resolutions, as detailed below, were passed unanimously by a show of hands:- 1. Re-election of Rose Delegat as a Director of the Company and 2. Re-election of Dr Alan Jackson as a Director of the Company.
