Interim Dividend

The Board of T&G Global Limited has approved a fully imputed interim dividend in respect of the 2018 Financial Year of 6.0c per share. The record date for determining a shareholder's entitlement to the dividend is 5pm on Friday 21 December 2018. The payment date for the dividend is 31 December 2018. The T&G Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will remain suspended and will not apply for this dividend. Further details are provided in the attached Appendix 7.
