Datagate Innovation Share Issue – Closed and Oversubscribed

11 December 2018 Enprise Group increases Datagate holding AUCKLAND, 11 December 2018 - Enprise Group (NZAX: ENS) has paid NZ$100,000 to participate in a Datagate Innovation rights issue. Enprise Group participated in an over-subscribed NZ$500,000 capital raise for Datagate, which achieved its cap of NZ$750,000. Datagate is a cloud telecommunications billing solution for managed service providers (MSPs). The capital will be used to accelerate Datagate's U.S customer onboarding, says Enprise Group CEO, Elliot Cooper. "Datagate Innovation is experiencing massive demand from American managed service providers due to its ability to offer one-stop cloud telecommunications billing," he says. "Datagate has in a single package everything U.S service providers need to sell telecommunications services easily, profitably and with full tax compliance. The company will open a new sales and support office in Vancouver, Canada in March 2019 so that it can better service the U.S and global markets." As Datagate has accepted over subscriptions, Enprise Group's share of Datagate has reduced to 36.83%. If Enprise Group shares in Datagate with a carrying value of $742,831 at 30 September 2018 were valued at the December 2018 rights issue price of $1.75 per share, the value of the investment would be $2,989,583. Enprise Group has also traded its investment in Zhik Pty Limited to increase its investment in iSell Pty Limited to 20.29%.
