The Board of the Company has resolved that the potential on-market acquisition of the shares is an appropriate course of action to take for the following reasons: o The company considers the proposed purchase price is below market value and what the board considers to be the fair value of those shares; o The company has no plans for or need to retain the funds it proposes to deploy towards purchasing the ENS shares as part of the buyback.
