The distribution was completed by way of an off-market share transfer at $11.22 per Share. The holder had previously disposed of the 624,900 Shares by way of an off-market share transfer as a charitable donation to the University of Calgary, and Emerald Capital Limited then acquired those Shares for cash by way of off-market share transfers with the University of Calgary. These donations and purchases occurred on 23 December 2016 (324,900 shares at $ 8.29 per Share) and 10 August 2017 (300,000 Shares at $9.37 per Share).
