CSM Group 2018 Annual Meeting

CSM Group Limited ("CSM") held its Annual Meeting of shareholders today and advises as follows: Resolution 1. The re-election of Ms Yanyi Shi to the Board was not carried. With effect from the date of the meeting Ms Yanyi Shi will not be a Director of the Company. Resolution 2. Authorisation for the Board to set the remuneration with the Company's auditors was carried.
