NZX/ASX Release Heartland Group Holdings notes RBNZ Capital Review Consultation Paper 17 December 2018 The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) has released a consultation paper titled "Capital Review Paper 4: How much capital is enough?" The purpose of this paper is to seek public views on a proposal to increase the minimum level of regulatory capital in the banking system. Heartland is currently reviewing the consultation paper and will participate in the consultation process with RBNZ.
