Completion of Transaction

NZX Announcement Completion of Transaction Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (Company) (NZX:SNC) is pleased to advise that it has today completed the transaction with Chang Ku EE as was approved by shareholders on 7 December 2018. Accordingly Chang Ku EE has acquired an 86% holding in the Company from Golden Tower NZ Limited, being 442,809,270 ordinary shares. The Company's board also wishes to confirm that Ka Wo Chan and Chong Hoi Sze have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from completion. The board has appointed Chang Ku EE as a director and chairperson of the Company as foreshadowed in the shareholder meeting documentation.
