Fonterra announces new Managing Director People and Culture

18 DECEMBER 2018 FONTERRA ANNOUNCES NEW MD OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE Fonterra CEO Miles Hurrell has today announced the appointment of Deborah Capill to the role of Managing Director, People & Culture on the Fonterra Management Team. Deborah will return to New Zealand from Bonn, Germany where she is currently the Global Head of Human Resources for Deutsche Post DHL Group. She is a seasoned global HR leader with a successful track-record in partnering with the business to deliver solutions to build global talent and capability. Fonterra CEO Miles Hurrell says, "Deborah's experience will be invaluable for Fonterra.
