Kiwi Property acquires Mt Wellington property

Kiwi Property advises that it has acquired 43 Carbine Road in Mt Wellington, Auckland for $25 million. The 22,086 sqm site, which includes existing warehousing and yard facilities opposite the Sylvia Park train station with potential linkages to the Sylvia Park shopping centre, has been acquired with vacant possession. The site is zoned mixed-use under the Auckland Unitary Plan.
