31 December 2018 Rights Issue Allotment The directors of Promisia Integrative Limited advise that a total of 1,345,088,480 new shares have been issued by the company today following the recent rights issue to eligible shareholders. This number of shares includes 800 million shares issued to the Brankin Trust to convert existing liabilities to equity. This transaction was approved by shareholders on 4 December 2018.
