Vital adopts new NZX Listing Rules

NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited, in its capacity as the manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital), advises that it intends to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019 from 18 January 2019. The new Rules streamline the Rules applying to Managed Investment Schemes (like Vital).
