Transition to revised NZX Listing Rules

15 January 2019 Transition to revised NZX Listing Rules Contact Energy Limited advises that it intends to comply with the new NZX Listing Rules from 22 January 2019. The new rules will apply to Contact's reporting of FY19 interim results. As a result, Contact will no longer publish a half-year report in the form it has previously, but will publish: o a market release; o half-year financial statements; o a results presentation; and o a shareholder letter to be sent to shareholders with the interim dividend.
