AFC Group Holdings Limited Migration to NZX Main Board

AFC Group Holdings Limited (AFC) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX Market to the NZX Main Board. AFC's last day of listing on the NZAX Market will be 31 January 2019. AFC anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 a.m on 1 February 2019. As a result of this migration, AFC will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from 1 February 2019.
