Change in Senior Manager 30 January 2019 Following the announcement of David Mackrell's resignation on 21 December 2018, and pursuant to NZX Listing Rule (dated 1 January 2019) 3.20.1(a), Heartland Group Holdings Limited (NZX/ASX: HGH) (Heartland) is pleased to confirm that Heartland has appointed Myles Perry to the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer. Myles has been Head of Internal Audit at Heartland since August 2017, and prior to that held Senior Management roles at Air New Zealand for 10 years. Myles is a very experienced senior finance professional with strong leadership skills and we congratulate Myles on his appointment. David will remain at Heartland for a transitional period to facilitate a smooth handover.
