Foley Wines Limited – Appointment of Director

Foley Wines Limited [NZX: FWL] CEO Mark Turnbull today announced that the Directors have resolved to appoint Grant Graham as a Director of FWL with effect from 1 February 2019. Grant has been appointed as the Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee. The Board has determined that Grant is an Independent Director in accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.2. In accordance with the FWL constitution Grant will be required to retire at the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held later this year and stand for election by shareholders at that meeting.
