Transition to revised NZX Listing Rules

Freightways Limited (Freightways) advises that it intends to comply with the new NZX Listing Rules from 11 February 2019. Accordingly, the new rules will apply to Freightways' reporting for the half year ended 31 December 2018 at 10am on Monday, 25 February 2019. In accordance with the new rules, Freightways will not be publishing a half year report, as it has in the past, but will release the following through the NZX: - a preliminary half year announcement, as prescribed by the NZX Listing Rules, which will include half year financial statements; - a market release covering the half year results; and - a half year results presentation.
