The exact date, time and venue are yet to be fixed by the Board but will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders at the end of April 2019. The period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations being 4 April 2019. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
