FY19 Third Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2018 to 31 December 2018) of the financial year ending 31 March 2019 (FY19) of 1.935 cents per share to be paid on 15 March 2019 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 March 2019 (i.e. the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.5227 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.2372 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.60 cents per share to shareholders for FY19. Further to Investore's announcement on 11 February 2019 advising that the on-market share buy-back programme that was announced on 1 August 2018 is being paused until the record date for the third quarter dividend, Investore advises that the pause will be extended pending the market release of its FY19 annual results.
