Transition to new NZX Listing Rules

Delegat Group Limited announces transition to the new NZX Listing Rules Delegat Group Limited advised that it will comply with the new NZX Listing Rules from 1 March 2019. The new rules will apply to Delegat Group Limited's reporting of half year results to 31 December 2018.
