22 February 2019 Contact Energy closes its Green Bond offer Following the successful bookbuild process for its Green Bond offer, Contact Energy Limited ("Contact") confirmed today that the offer has closed. The Issue Margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.45% p.a. and NZ$100 million will be issued. The Interest Rate will be confirmed later today, with the final terms sheet to follow.
