Executive Change – Resignation of CFO

MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 28 February 2019, Vista Group International Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand Vista Group (VGL) - Resignation of CFO, Rodney Hyde Vista Group (VGL) advises that Chief Financial Officer Rodney Hyde has resigned to take up a role with another NZ technology company. Vista Group CEO Kimbal Riley commented: "On behalf of the team at Vista Group, I would like to thank Rodney for his dedication and commitment to the organisation. During the transition from private to public company (following the Vista Group IPO in 2014) Rodney made an invaluable contribution to the increased clarity and sophistication of our financial reporting and we wish him all the best for his future role."
