This resulted in the percentage of the issued ordinary shares of Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited that are held by E&P Foundation Trustee Limited increasing from 4.99% to 5.05%. No relevant agreement document is attached because the exemption in regulation 141 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 applies. In particular, the terms of the E&P Foundation Trust authorise E&P Foundation Trustee Limited to exercise, or control the exercise of, a right to vote or dispose of the shares in Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited that it holds as if E&P Foundation Trustee Limited were absolutely entitled to those shares.
