28 FEBRUARY 2019 FONTERRA APPOINTS DIRECTOR TO FSF MANAGEMENT COMPANY BOARD Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited announced that it has appointed one of its directors, Andrew Macfarlane, to the Board of FSF Management Company Limited, the manager of the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund. Mr Macfarlane replaces Scott St John, who will be retiring from the FSF Management Company Limited Board. Andy Macfarlane was elected to the Fonterra Board in 2017. He was a farm management consultant for 38 years and is a Councillor of Lincoln University and a Director of Ngai Tahu Farming and ANZCO. Andy is an active member of the International Farm Management Association (IFMA), Global Dairy Farmers and New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management (NZIPIM). He is the Past President of the NZIPIM and chaired the Deer Industry New Zealand for seven years.
