8 March 2019 Director Resignation Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) wishes to advise the market that Mr Andrew Kerslake has resigned from the Cooks Board. The resignation takes effect today 8 March 2019. Mr Kerslake joined the Board in 2013 and has made a significant contribution to CGF over that time. The Board wishes Mr Kerslake well with his future endeavours. CGF is not looking for a replacement director in the short term.
