Meridian director announces intention to step down

Meridian Energy today announced that Mary Devine has confirmed she will step down as a director at the conclusion of the 2019 Annual Shareholder Meeting in October. This follows the announcement today that Ms Devine has been appointed as Managing Director of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited. "The Board and Management thank Mary for her long service to Meridian since her appointment in 2010" said Meridian's Chair, Chris Moller.
