DRP Strike Price and AUD FX Rate for 2018 Final Dividend

NZX AND ASX RELEASE 18 MARCH 2019 DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN STRIKE PRICE AND AUD FX RATE FOR 2018 FINAL DIVIDEND Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises that the strike price for the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) operating in respect to the dividend payable on 21 March 2019 has been set at NZ$6.5611 per share. The strike price is inclusive of a 2% discount. This strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash. The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the Plan and is calculated as 98% of the volume weighted average sale price on all price-setting trades for the five trading days to 15 March 2019. The company also advises that the foreign exchange rate used for the payment of the dividend on 21 March 2019 to Australian investors in AUD has been set at 0.9636.
