18 March 2019 Briscoe Group Limited (NZX/ASX code: BGP) The Board of Directors of Briscoe Group Limited advises that Independent Non-Executive Director Mary Devine has given notice that she intends to resign from the Board effective from 31 March 2019. Chairman, Dame Rosanne Meo said, "Following Mary's recent announcement of her appointment as Managing Director of Hallenstein Glasson, she has decided to step down from her directorship with Briscoe Group. "Mary has been a valuable Board member since being appointed in August 2013. Her understanding of the New Zealand retail environment, previous management and governance experience and knowledge of multi-channel retailing has brought an important skillset which has been beneficial to directors, management and shareholders. We thank her immensely for an outstanding contribution over the past 6 years. "A decision in relation to a new Board member will be made in due course."
