ENPRISE GROUP LIMITED - MIGRATION FROM NZAX MARKET TO NZX MAIN BOARD Enprise Group Limited (NZAX: ENS) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX Market to the NZX Main Board. This process involves: oENS delisting and ceasing to have its ordinary shares quoted on NZAX, in accordance with the NZAX Listing Rules; and olisting and having its ordinary shares quoted on the NZX Main Board, in accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rules (Rules) 5.1.1 and 5.2.1. ENS anticipates that ENS' ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 a.m on Monday 1 April 2019. ENS' last day of listing on the NZAX market will be 31 March 2019. As a result of this migration, ENS will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from 1 April 2019.
