Independent valuation of China business complete

The Board is pleased to announce that the valuation of the China business has now been completed. Censere the valuation company valued Cooks' 21% stake between NZ$5.6m and NZ$6.8m. This valuation range is well in excess of the carrying value in the accounts. The Board are of the view that no adjustment for the year ended at 31 March 2018 is required.
